Like my mother once told me, everything has its time and place...even for things like success! Well this little article I dedicate to the ladies. As kitch and cliche this may sound the numbers of powerful women in this world are not enough. It is ofcourse our life long dream to become what we want to be but the question is are we 100% driven? Is a constant craving just enough? From quite a number of observations I have come to a conclusion that it is not enough; cravings and longings without enough dedication, persistance and determination may just fade like your favourite 2 second dreams. Honestly, I, myself am not the perfect kind to talk. Alot of obstacles come our way to try prevent us from getting where we want to be in the form of issues, and this could be any kind, nothing specific and as women there are times where we just crack easily and break down. In life that will always be the case but luckily for us, God created us to be strong and become a living proof that yes the down trodden will always rise up to be the best! The other day, I forcefully did some celebrity research on women such as Bonang Matheba, Minenhle Dlamini and Nonhle Thema [ Out of interest I have attached a video of Minenhle at SA FashionWeek just as an inspirational example of how far one can get even if you may never appear of television, it is good to set ones OWN example]. Now each of these ladies have a bit of a contraversial side to them but the ignorance that the back of our minds posses refuse us to see the more positive side of things. Yes, we all have had our oppinions about each of them but have we ever taken a step back to realise that their succes was not just purely based on luck? Did you honestly think that they were just magically placed on tv and onto success with a click of a button? Obviously not. Things like these take hard work without any excuses for being who you are or who they are. It is one quality that makes them inspirational...not to be a well known socialite but rather a socialite with a future, almost like djs (no offence) how many want to be one and how many actually make it? Back up will always be your plan A, B and C! But my point is Im trying to get through to women to make them realise that your career should always be your number 1 priority espcially when you're young, the time is now and it is vital because you only get it ONCE. Not all of us were destined to be married to rich blokes because they too get moments of struggle...then next thing you know *cricket sounds and whistling*. I firmly believe that women from any background deserve to live a full proper life full of splurges reaped from hard worked earnings with no excuses for being who you are because haters are just to here to entertain.

Ellen Once Again...
After listening to a few songs, I now realise why home grown music is preffered over the usual bubble gum pop...it is more heart felt and I believe good for the soul (smiles). Lets talk about music! I had kindly asked and honoured to feature Ms Ellen Hinton for this weeks career article. Ellen is a singer/songwriter and musician from Texas. She has a
blend of soul, folk and pop with a voice that blends emaculately to make a vintage sound without sounding too outdated. She is a young beautiful soul with an amazing voice. Be sure to follow her @ellenOnceAgain on twitter and check out her pink powdery website at http://ellenonceagain.com, you can catch her music on itunes and www.earbits.com.

Reason for Being!
I havent yet clarified what O.Lifestyle is truely about, well I guess now is a great time! Like most bloggers, blogs are a personal or proffessional rendition of anything and everything around us. O.Lifestyle is a blog for design, fashion, food, interiors, travel junkies and personal career articles, a basic book of what life has to offer. I want to make it my mission to explore all of these as I have a great passion for them and I am highly positive that I am not the only one. The world has got so much to offer, without exploring anything how can you say that you have lived? Being an anti- social that I am, hopefully this blog gives me an opportunity to come out of my shell and get rid of the introvert me *hides*...

Kingdom Rags- Fashion.Art.Lifestyle blog
Taking a look at "Kingdom Rags", I must say it is one unique fashion blog, giving you a wider scope into the fashion an art world. The owner (Ackie Nomqhele Ndlovu) has given me the privalege to feature her blog. She is a fashion designer by proffession and has a beautiful contageous zest for life with exceptional taste. After browsing through her blog I have come to the conclusion that it is very magazine material and worth every second of your time. I personally enjoy the unique articles she has to offer as she brings out an awareness of arts that I didnt know existed, none of which is cliche or kitch. It is a must see at http://ackiekingdomrags.blogspot.co.uk or follow her @AckieNomqhele on twitter.
